The project was a collaborative scheme to redevelop the former Bason shipyards of Ho Chi Min City. The envelope sought to maximise light to the denser cores through a series of larger formal fractal slices and recursive cracking and shifting of the facade articulation. The city is made up of mixed used urban blocks flanked by towers at the North and South end.
