Eolian Milazzo Hotel + Residence is a shell, core and facade redevelopment of an existing building on Capo Milazzo, combining condominiums, a 4-star hotel, conference facilities and swimming pools overlooking the Aeolian Islands.
The project transforms an existing structure into a mixed hospitality and residential complex, reorganising the building envelope, core, facade and shared amenities to support a new programme of hotel rooms, private residences, conference spaces and leisure facilities.
The redevelopment establishes a stronger architectural identity for the building while responding to its coastal location. The facade, circulation and shared spaces are designed to mediate between the existing structure, the new programme and the panoramic setting of Capo Milazzo.
