Villa Design | Residential Architecture brings together UFO Architecture’s long-term experience in bespoke residential design, from small flat conversions to large private villas and constructed CLT timber houses.
UFO Architecture treats smaller residential projects as important platforms for architectural development. These projects allow us to test ideas about space, materials, construction, detail and atmosphere at a scale where design decisions can be closely developed and carefully realised.
Villa and residential projects are developed in close collaboration with each client. This process begins with the formation of a clear project brief, allowing ambitions, budget, site conditions, lifestyle, material preferences and long-term use to be understood from the outset.
Through this collaborative process, UFO Architecture has developed strong working relationships with a wide range of clients, using each residential project as an opportunity to create highly specific architecture shaped by context, construction and personal use.
