Villa Anna is a private residence located in Giammoro, Sicily, completed in 2019. Designed by UFO Architecture under the direction of Anna Liuzzo, the project explores the relationship between contemporary domestic architecture and the distinctive landscape and climate of the Sicilian coast.

The villa is conceived as a carefully composed family home that balances privacy, openness and connection to its surroundings. Interior and exterior spaces are closely linked, allowing daily life to extend into terraces, gardens and shaded outdoor areas that respond to the Mediterranean climate.

The design emphasises natural light, framed views and a strong relationship to the landscape. Openings are positioned to maximise daylight and ventilation while creating a continuous dialogue between the interior living spaces and the surrounding environment.

Villa Anna reflects UFO Architecture's ongoing interest in residential architecture that is rooted in place, combining contemporary spatial planning with a sensitivity to climate, materiality and the traditions of Mediterranean living.
