Interior StrategyThe proposal treats interior architecture as a crafted brand setting, where reception, circulation, meeting spaces and work areas are organised through material continuity, controlled atmosphere and careful detailing.
Design ApproachThe headquarters is conceived as both a functional office and a spatial expression of Valentino’s identity, balancing efficiency, elegance, privacy, presentation and everyday use.

Valentino HQ is an unbuilt headquarters design study for Valentino in London. Developed by UFO Architecture, the project brings together the identity and culture of the Italian luxury fashion house with a contemporary workplace environment.

The proposal responds to Valentino’s distinctive aesthetic: rigour, craft, refined detail and controlled elegance. Rather than treating the headquarters as a generic office interior, the design approaches the workplace as a spatial extension of the brand, where material atmosphere, circulation, reception, meeting spaces and work areas contribute to a coherent architectural identity.

The project explores how a luxury fashion headquarters can combine operational clarity with a strong sense of cultural presence. Office areas, meeting rooms, presentation spaces, staff areas and support functions are organised to create a working environment that is efficient, discreet and expressive of the brand’s values.

Interior architecture is central to the proposal. Materials, junctions, lighting, surfaces and proportions are treated with the same attention to precision and craft associated with the fashion house. The design aims to create a calm and refined atmosphere where workplace functionality is balanced by a sense of luxury, privacy and presentation.

The London setting gives the headquarters an international context, positioning Valentino within one of the world’s major centres for fashion, culture and creative business. The design responds to this context by creating a workplace that is both contemporary and strongly connected to the identity of an Italian luxury brand.

Valentino HQ reflects UFO Architecture’s interest in workplace design, brand environments and high-quality interior architecture. The project demonstrates how a headquarters can operate as both a practical working environment and a carefully constructed expression of brand culture.
